Our Intake Process at NWA Social Studio
At NWA Social Studio, we strive to make the intake process smooth and supportive for every family. Our goal is to ensure your child receives individualized care from the very beginning.
1. Intake Paperwork
Families start by completing intake forms that provide us with important background information about your child’s history, strengths, and areas of need.

2. Insurance Authorization
Our team works directly with your insurance provider to verify benefits and obtain authorization, so you can focus on your child rather than the paperwork.

3. Assessment
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a comprehensive assessment to identify your child’s unique goals, challenges, and skill levels.

4. Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we design a personalized treatment plan that outlines specific goals in areas such as communication, social skills, adaptive living, and behavior support.

5. Therapy Journey Begins
With the plan in place, your child begins their ABA therapy journey at NWA Social Studio—building skills, fostering independence, and growing in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment.
